The house was completely renovated in 2020. Each designer apartment has a brand new interior with hard-wood floors and all the charm of a modern design with a southern twist. The mattress, magazine worthy bathrooms, kitchen,  and furniture are all new in 2020. Each apartment also has spray foam insulation which helps keep the house comfortable and quiet.
